Very interesting and untouched WH (Heer) M42 helmet featuring distinctive black markings. These markings are believed to be associated with volunteer from Rusland, although the exact unit or affiliation remains uncertain.
The leather liner is in excellent condition and has remained supple, with no signs of dehydration. The original leather chinstrap is likewise in very good condition and remains supple.
